Annalise is a Registrar in General Surgery with an interest in Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery. She has been teaching Anatomy to the 1st year medical undergraduates at Fitzwilliam since 2010 and previously spent a year working in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, teaching Anatomy and dissection. She matriculated at Fitzwilliam College in 2002 and qualified as a medical doctor in 2008, spending her Part II doing lab research in Cancer Genetics. Since graduating Annalise has worked as a doctor in London, working at University College Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital and Great Ormond Street, and has now moved back to Cambridge for her higher General Surgical training. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
