Graduate Scholarships

In order to apply for College scholarships, you must have a conditional offer of a place from Fitzwilliam. Please note that with the exception of the Fitzwilliam Scholarship, these scholarships cannot be used as part of any financial guarantee required by the Board of Graduate Studies.

Application forms can be obtained from the Graduate Office and can be returned via email. Referees must send their letters by the closing dates below. Awards will only be made to students in residence at the College during the tenure of the award.

College Graduate Scholarship £1,250/year
  • Arts students may be preferred
  • Only graduates wishing to undertake research with the intention of proceeding to a PhD are eligible

  • Intention to undertake research required
  • 1-3 years, yearly re-application required
  • 2 scholarships available

  • All students starting the LLM course at Fitzwilliam receive a Law Book grant in the form of book tokens.

  • Exceptionally, research on a theological topic in another faculty also accepted
