Accommodation is charged at the start of each term on the College bill
29-week contracts are charged as follows: ten weeks each for Michaelmas and Lent terms, and nine weeks for Easter Term
39-week contracts are charged 13 weeks per term (including Christmas and Easter vacation).

Contracts
Undergraduates sign a contract for their College room for a minimum of 29 weeks. This is made up of three Residence periods each academic year. Rent is invoiced once per term, in advance.
Rooms for the following year are allocated by a ballot, which takes place in the Lent Term. Students usually get their first or second choice of room in the ballot
An example of a typical room contract can be found in the Student Accommodation Handbook.
