All rents are given per week and include water, heating, lighting, and electricity. In addition, a kitchen fixed charge applies to all students, but varies according to the location.
Accommodation is charged at the start of each term on the College bill
29-week contracts are charged as follows: ten weeks each for Michaelmas and Lent terms, and nine weeks for Easter Term
39-week contracts are charged 13 weeks per term (including Christmas and Easter vacation).

Undergraduates sign a contract for their College room for a minimum of 29 weeks. This is made up of three Residence periods each academic year. Rent is invoiced once per term, in advance.
