For Home/EU undergraduates who have had assessments from the appropriate Student Finance agencies, the College Fee is paid by the government.

Additional Fees information
Publicly-funded home (UK) students
For those students who are receiving financial assistance from Student Finance agencies, the University Composition Fees (often called Tuition Fees) are charged on a termly basis, and payment is required by the eighth day of each term. The Student Finance agency provides Student Loans for Tuition Fees, allowing students to defer payment until they have graduated (and are earning at least £15,000 per year).
Publicly-funded EU students
If you are a national of a European Union country, your fees status will (in most circumstances) be determined on the same basis as the fees status of UK students, as described above. If you are uncertain about your status for fees purposes - such as whether you count as Home (UK/EU) or Overseas - please contact the College Admissions Office.
External funders/sponsors are charged on an annual basis on behalf of students.
Privately-funded students
Students from Overseas, and Home/EU students who have not applied for (or are ineligible for) support from Student Finance agencies, will be invoiced on arrival for College and University Composition (Tuition) Fees for the forthcoming academic year. Payment will be due in full by 12 October 2011.
