University Library
The Cambridge University Library is a Legal Deposit Library, meaning that it holds a copy of every book, journal, map and musical work published in Britain, and nearly every significant English-language publication worldwide. It holds over 7 million books.
All members of the University are entitled to use the University Library, but only graduates and 3rd year undergraduates may borrow books from the Library. The Tea Room in the Library serves meals, snacks and refreshments and is one of many areas ideal for relaxed study.
The University Library can be accessed via West Road or Burrell's Walk.
