Bursaries and Awards
Fitzwilliam College offers financial assistance to support both individual and collective music-making among its students. All students of the College are entitled to a grant of £200 p.a. towards instrumental or vocal lessons, while those students reading Music are entitled to a grant of up to £500 p.a., or up to £700 for those students taking the specialised performance option in the final year of their Tripos.
Organ and Choral Scholarships
The College also regularly elects both Organ Scholars and Choral Scholars, who take a leading role in the activities of the Chapel Choir. Organ Scholars receive an award of £450 p.a. and a contribution of £300 p.a. towards their lessons, while Choral Scholars receive an annual award of £100 p.a.

Repetiteur Scholarship
The Padley Repetiteur Scholarship is an new appointment, intended to provide performing and directing opportunities for a talented keyboard player. Milner-Walton Fund
Support for collective musical, theatrical and artistic activities among Fitzwilliam students is provided through the Milner-Walton Fund, administered by the Fitzwilliam Society Trust. The Fund awards grants of up to £800 and in the past these have supported activities such as musicals, music ensembles, and overseas tours by the Chapel Choir.
Saxophone Scholarship
The Avshalom Hertzwolf Saxophone Scholarship is a new music award, intended to provide performing opportunities for a talented player.
