The 86th Fitzwilliam Reunion Weekend welcomes alumni who matriculated in years ending 0, namely 1960, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010. Alumni who have reached 60+ years since matriculation are also included. [Alumni from 1970 are invited to their Golden Matriculation Reunion in July.]
Due to the popularity of this event - and the increasing number of alumni eligible to attend - the Invited Years have been split over two dinners, with those from 1980 and 2010 attending on Friday evening and those from 1960, 1990 and 2000 attending on Saturday evening. Both dinners are black tie/equivalent and feature speeches from the Master and the Fitzwilliam Society President, Judith Bunting (1979). Alumni from before 1960 can attend either dinner.
Both dinners will commence at 7.30pm, preceded by a drinks reception at 6.45pm.
Events on Saturday:
- Lecture in the auditorium at 11.15am (speaker TBC).
- Buffet lunch in the Upper Hall at 1pm.
- A student-led music event at 4pm.
- The Fitzwilliam Society AGM at 5.30pm to which all alumni are invited to attend.
Booking forms have already been sent to Invited Years as they take priority. Booking will be open to all alumni from 20 April 2020.
