Fresh Thinking at Fitz: The Foundation Year

This Thursday (18th February) at 6pm, Fresh Thinking at Fitz will be an introduction to the recently announced Foundation Year (https://www.fitz.cam.ac.uk/news/launch-foundation-year-programme).

Widening access to higher education has been central to Fitzwilliam’s identity since our foundation in 1869, and Fitz is excited to be one of the first colleges to host students for the Cambridge Foundation Year – an innovative new programme offering talented students from backgrounds of educational and social disadvantage a new route to undergraduate study.

Join the Master (Member of the Foundation Year Project Board), Sara Owen (Fitz Fellow, Admissions Tutor in the Arts and Member of the Foundation Year Project Board), Alex Pryce (Fitz Bye-Fellow and Director of the Foundation Year Programme), and Jack Bailey (Final-year Law student here at Fitz, and the JCR Target and Access Executive 2019-20) for an informal discussion about the Programme and how Fitz will be involved.

A recording of the discussion will be posted here following the event.
