The College and University work together to offer all disabled students the maximum possible support. Now that you have received an offer, we would like to give you a further opportunity to let us know if you have a disability and if you will require any support or advice when you come up to Cambridge. The Disability Resource Centre will make contact with you to discuss this further. If you have already disclosed your disability as part of your application you do not need to get in touch but if you have not, please contact the Admissions Office.
If you have not already provided them, copies of your examination certificates relating to any already-completed examinations referred to in your UCAS application must be sent to the Admissions Office, Fitzwilliam College, Storey's Way, Cambridge CB3 0DG by post or scanned and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for this is 1 July 2019.
As part of all offers for Medicine and Veterinary Medicine we will require evidence of a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Student Registry will send to all Medicine and Veterinary Medicine offer holders the forms to complete which are then returned to the Admissions Office, Fitzwilliam College, Storey's Way, Cambridge CB3 0DG.
Your application for, and eligibility of, student support (e.g. for a student loan for UK/EU students, this would be a copy of the 'Student Finance Breakdown') must be received by 1 July 2019.
Exam results day
If you have met all the conditions of your offer you do not have to send us your results as we will get them via UCAS. You will receive a letter on or shortly after 16 August. You will then need to go to the Freshers' part of the website for further information.
Should you discover once the results are released that you have not met these conditions then we will consider your application alongside those of other offer-holders in a similar position for any places that remain unfilled. In these circumstances it is essential for us to know exactly how close to meeting your offer you were. Unfortunately, UCAS only provides us with your examination grades, not the UMS or raw scores underlying the grades. We would therefore ask you to arrange to send us details of your performance in the form of a scanned copy of your statement of results for each examination as soon as possible.
Change in circumstances
Please contact the Admissions Office if any of your personal details change e.g. email address, home address, etc. so we can update our records.
