What is it?

Fitzwilliam College is hosting a Medicine Taster Day on Monday the 8th of September. This will be a chance for you to visit Fitzwilliam College and meet current students and staff, including Sciences Admissions Tutor and Pre-Clinical Medicine Director of Studies Dr. Robert Abayasekara. Sessions will include information and guidance for applying to Medicine courses, information about the Cambridge Medicine course specifically, and taster sessions covering different aspects of Medicine.

Who is it for?

This event is for students who are planning to apply to study medicine at university in 2025 (2026 entry). It will be especially useful for potential applicants who have not yet finalised their choice of university or who simply want to know more.

How can I book?

Places will be prioritised for students who attended our online Medicine Taster sessions in April 2025.
We will inform all successful applicants by Monday 18th August. 

How do I get there?

Details on how to get to Fitzwilliam College are available on our website. Parking will not be available at the College during the event; we advise you to use the Madingley Road Park and Ride which is a short bus ride away.
