With 677 residential rooms, over 100 offices and public spaces and 27 external properties, our housekeeping department is one of the busiest teams in the College. Located next to L staircase, in Fellows' Court, the Housekeeping department supports the whole Fitzwilliam community, 365 days a year. 

The team is led by Sylwia Kowalska, and supported by23 Housekeeping members.

For current members of the College, the Housekeeping team run an electronic helpdesk to manage requests. If you are a visitor to College, please direct any queries or requests to the Porters or, for conference or event guests, to your conference or event organiser in the first instance.
